All of the attorneys are members of the Rechtsanwaltskammer Berlin (Berlin Chamber of Attorneys). They have earned the professional title of “Rechtsanwalt” (attorney) in the Federal Republic of Germany. Their work is governed by the Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung (BRAO, German Federal Act on the Profession of Attorneys), Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG, Law on the Remuneration of Attorneys), Berufsordnung für Rechtsanwälte (BORA, German Professional Code of Conduct for Attorneys) and Fachanwaltsordnung (FAO, Ordinance for Specialist Attorneys).
